 Delegation function allows to extend the access for a specific object instance.
If a user has access for a set of actions (i.e. edit,fileput,progress) on a given object instance and he has the "delegate" right, he can delegate one or more other users to perform the same actions on the object.
Finally he can revoke the delegations previously assigned.
Delegations are in extension of user rights; user access restriction is not currently supported.
