Summary 0000063: Automatic check / add labels on dictionary
Description There are several point in the application schema where label translation is required; we need to rememeber all keywords and add them to the dictionary manually. A new function (OOQL command or Context Design tool) to check the missed keywords and to add automatically on dictionary [default or language] may be very usefull.

 Added new dictionary check command and new function on context design client.
You can automatically add all missed keywords inside dictionary and subsequely edit their translations for each language
