Summary 0000045: Duplicate Window Opening
Description As of now I can open the same WF ( Same for all admin Objects ) two times. This will be an issue

First I opened the WF

Again I opened the same WF ( May be from a Life cycle context ) and made changes and saved

Later I clicked save button in the first window, then all my changes are lost.

Now, you cannot open two times the same admin-object window.
If another window of the "clicked" object is already open, it will be focused.

Moreover the object's name in the title is reported at the beginning so that you can select/resume quickly the window on the application bar.
